Technical Support Analyst

We are all about pushing the boundaries of what is capable and having a little fun while doing it. “Great success!” or stunning failure – either way, we are looking to create a meaningful story with each project we do. We prefer great success on the customer side… but we definitely might have started a small electrical fire in the test lab once.

What You’ll Do

The Technical Support Analyst position is responsible for assisting and resolving customer support issues and tickets related to telecommunications, networking, virtualization and VoIP.

This role is customer facing. Are you super detail-oriented, determined AND a people-person? We like the sound of that!

What ‘Exceptional’ Means:

The ideal candidate will be great at dealing with customers and solving problems. A knack for picking up new concepts and working in a fast-paced environment are also great assets.

Qualifications:

Post-secondary degree in computer science, physical science or engineering, as well as at least 2 years of work experience.  If you have any experience in the IT field, that would be great. We are willing to train the right person!

  • Familiar with Windows Operating System
  • Familiar with basic Linux commands
  • Familiar with basic networking concepts (LAN, DHCP, TCP/IP, Subnetting, NAT)
  • Familiar with basic voice concepts (SIP, PBX)
