We are looking for proven performers who have or aim to get B2B selling experience as an Inside Account Executive. Your focus will be on working in our inside sales team with some of Canada’s most progressive companies. As an Inside Account Executive you will work in a fast paced transactional and consultative sales environment – you will have the opportunity to further develop strategic business-to-business skills and experiences and run your own business with a quota and performance bonuses.
You’re Great At:
- Effectively navigating through sales cycles and presenting the value of our solutions to C-levels
- Organizing your time so that you are able to focus on the highest priority, revenue generating activities
- Thinking on your feet. You are curious about your customers’ needs and want to help them solve their problems with our solutions
- Developing rapport with customers through effective communication: written and over the phone
- You are a positive and motivational team member that goes beyond the call of duty to support your team and our department goals
- You have strong business acumen and communication skills
- Previous Sales Methodology training and CRM experience
- Working at another B2B companies working directly with customers and closing business against a sales quota
- Demonstrated competencies using Social Selling skills in parallel to phone/email
- Business-to-Business Sales experience
- You can tell stories about customer successes and have experience removing roadblocks and customer concerns
- Have a love for technology and internet culture
What you’ll be doing:
As a Inside Account Executive, you will be selling high-commission, fiber optic Internet connections and have a strong grasp of all of iTel’s product offerings. Your sales administrative duties will involve updating and managing the customer and sales pipeline, as well as responding to and qualifying incoming web and phone inquiries.
Other sales initiatives will include:
- Cold calling, qualifying, and passing gatekeepers,
- Getting meetings, handling objections, and closing deals
- Driving new business via outbound calling to businesses within iTel’s fiber footprint

If you have worked in the Telecom industry before, you already have a leg up on knowing the processes. Highly-motivated individuals who can pick up on new concepts quickly and have a positive team-player attitude are desired.
